| hurricane surviving Pointsettia in my garden. the sea-salty hurricane winds stripped the leaves from the pointsettia, but it still proudly bloomed joyous red for christmas. (see how beaten down are the Amarillis to the top left?)

my homegrown pineapple plant (from the cut-off top of a store bought pineapple!) has a fruit :)
